1. Apply

2. Interview

The finalists will be narrowed down and we’ll schedule interviews with the remaining candidates. You’ll make your case to be the CEO for One Month.

3. Meet the Competition

Here’s where your summer internship begins. You’ll be sent, all expenses paid, to join the rest of the Adecco Group’s top interns working alongside top executives within the Adecco Group, including our president, Laurie Chamberlin.

4. Compete in the U.S. Boot Camp

It’s time to take your experience with our executives and put it into practice alongside your fellow interns at the Adecco Group North America headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. A series of challenges will be presented to see who rises to the top.

5. Be CEO for One Month in the U.S.

The intern who takes the top prize and becomes our next CEO for One Month in the U.S. will spend the month of June working with our executive team. You’ll earn a $10,000 salary and gain valuable experience in the world of work.

6. Become Our Global CEO for One Month

Once you’ve experienced life as a CEO in the United States, you’ll compete against other CEOs for One Month from all over the world. If selected, you’ll join an elite group of CEOs for One Month to compete for a chance to become the Adecco Group Global CEO for One Month – with another paycheck.

Salary-History Bans: How to Navigate the Changing Legislation

Knowing a job candidate's prior pay gives hiring managers useful insight during the interview process. But that line of inquiry might need to be buried forever. In states from Massachusetts to Oregon, as well as individual cities, new laws now prohibit asking a job candidate to disclose their previous salary.
