About the NLJ Survey
Now in its ninth year, The National Law Journal – part of American Law Media – showcases the results from its Best Of readers survey, where readers cast votes for the best providers of services and goods in the legal profession. Readers of the publication are made up of legal industry professionals and members of the in-house legal community.
We would like to take this time to thank The National Law Journal and its readers for naming Parker + Lynch Legal in the Top 3 for “Legal Staffing Provider for Attorneys.” This year’s honor also launched us into the Best of “Hall of Fame” for placing in this category for three out of the last four years. Excellence is always our goal, and we’re honored to be recognized for our efforts.
Our legacy of success, which we credit for our entrance to the Best of Hall of Fame, is what sets us apart. Parker + Lynch Legal split off as a separate division of Special Counsel in 2015, allowing us to dedicate all of our focus to attorney search and placement. Our influence, reach, and capabilities are unparalleled thanks to our connections as leaders in the fields of legal staffing, recruitment and executive placement services.
What We Do
When we work with AmLaw firms and in-house legal departments, our Attorney Search Directors use their knowledge of the legal job market—the top talent, the leading firms, the compensation packages, the path to partnership, and more—to help offer meaningful support.
As strategic partners, we work together to guide legal teams through taxing business changes like partner additions, firm mergers, and acquisitions. From there, our team recruits the attorneys and legal professionals needed to ensure our clients achieve their growth plans and meet their long-term business goals.
